- 1 dice of salmon
- Some chive
- 1 ring of flaky pastry
- 1 tsp of white cheese
- Cut the salmon and the chive. Cut the rinf of flaky pastry into 8 triangles.
- Add the white cheese, then the salmon and the chive.
- Roll the croissants and baste it with an egg. Place it in the oven until it gets brown.
