- 1 quail egg
- 1 square ham
- 1 pinch of emmental
- Break the egg into a bowl and mix it, put half in a bowl. Cut the ham into small cubes and add to the preparation.
- Mince the parsley and add it to the preparation, as well as the emmentaler. Add salt and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a skillet, cook and peel the omelette in a slipper. Serve with a little salad.
