- 1 Spring onion
- 1/2 tbls of white wine
- 1/2 inch of butter
- 1/2 pinch of flour
- 2 croutons
- 1 pinch of grated cheese
- Cut the onion. Melt the butter in a saucepan and grill the onion. Add the flour and the white wine.
- Leave the preparation over low heat for 15 to 25 minutes.
- Add the 2 croutons, then the cheese. Cover and place it in the oven for 20 minutes.
