• 1/2 package of qamar ed-din (dried apricot paste about 8 ounces)
  • 3 cups water, plus more to taste
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons orange blossom water


  1. Chop dried apricot paste into small pieces.
  2. Combine chopped paste, and 3 cups of water in a sauce pan over high heat.
  3. Bring to a boil then turn off heat and allow to soak.
  4. Then whisk until smooth - an immersion blender can also be used.
  5. Stir in sugar
  6. Then add to a pitcher, along with orange blossom water.
