- 150g blueberries 110g buckwheat flour 60g wheat flour 1/2 sachet baking powder 1 teaspoon baking soda 70g ground almonds 250ml soy milk 1 teaspoon cider vinegar 8cl sunflower oil Salt
- In a salad bowl, mix the buckwheat flour and wheat flour. Add the baking powder, baking soda, soy milk, sunflower oil, ground almonds and sugar. Mix well to get a quite smooth paste. Pour into greased financier moulds and add some blueberries in each. Bake 15 minutes in a 180°C preheated oven. Then time has come: enjoy!
