  • 4 lemons
  • 10 cl of grapefruit juice
  • 10cl Vodka
  • 2 gelatine leaves
  • 1 drop of red dye
  • 2 teaspoon sugar

  1. Cut the lemons in half and empty.
  2. In a saucepan, grapefruit juice, vodka and pass through a sieve into the lemon juice to re-cover. Add sugar, gelatine, and red dye.
  3. Block lemons shells in glass jars and place the preparation, chill for 4 hours.
