- 4 lemons
- 10 cl of grapefruit juice
- 10cl Vodka
- 2 gelatine leaves
- 1 drop of red dye
- 2 teaspoon sugar
Étapes
- Cut the lemons in half and empty.
- In a saucepan, grapefruit juice, vodka and pass through a sieve into the lemon juice to re-cover. Add sugar, gelatine, and red dye.
- Block lemons shells in glass jars and place the preparation, chill for 4 hours.
- Cut and enjoy!
