• 1 pkg. linguine pasta
1 yellow pepper
½ jar marinated dried tomatoes with herbs and olive oil
½ jar marinated grilled artichoke hearts
1 bunch fresh basil
1 large onion
1 garlic clove
10 cl soy sauce


  1. In a large frying pan, pour 2 tablespoon olive oil and brown the onion, thinly sliced, with finely chopped garlic and diced yellow pepper.
Cook pasta in a large saucepan filled with boiling water until al dente.
Add chunks of dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts and half the herb-infused oil of the tomato jar into the pan and mix.
Place drained pasta in the pan, add soy sauce and cook a few minutes with the vegetables while stirring.
Add basil leaves and pepper to your taste. Serve immediately and enjoy.
