Supplies

  • 40 cl whole milk
  • 450 g flour
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 40 g honey
  • 80 g soften butter
  • 1 quail egg, fried
  • 1 lettuce leaf
1 mini chopped steak (cut out of a larger meat lump with a sharp knife)
¼ slice burger cheese
  • 1 teaspoon ketchup

Étapes

  1. Dilute yeast in half the milk, warmed. Pour flour into a bowl and make a hole in the middle. Add salt, sugar, soften butter cut into small pieces, plain and mixed with yeast milk.
  2. Knead 10 minutes, until dough is smooth and elastic. Place in a bowl and cover with a damp cloth. Leave to rise 1 hour.
Knead dough lightly. Roll small dough pieces the size of a golf ball and let rise again under a wet cloth for 20 minutes. Then brush a little milk over and sprinkle with sesame or poppy seeds. Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C.
  3. Garnish each bun with 1 teaspoon ketchup, 1 mini chopped steak, 1 lettuce leaf, 1 mini slice of cheese and 1 quail egg.
