- 1 sachet baker's yeast
- 40 cl whole milk
- 450 g flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 40 g honey
- 80 g soften butter
- 1 quail egg, fried
- 1 lettuce leaf 1 mini chopped steak (cut out of a larger meat lump with a sharp knife) ¼ slice burger cheese
- 1 teaspoon ketchup
- Dilute yeast in half the milk, warmed. Pour flour into a bowl and make a hole in the middle. Add salt, sugar, soften butter cut into small pieces, plain and mixed with yeast milk.
- Knead 10 minutes, until dough is smooth and elastic. Place in a bowl and cover with a damp cloth. Leave to rise 1 hour. Knead dough lightly. Roll small dough pieces the size of a golf ball and let rise again under a wet cloth for 20 minutes. Then brush a little milk over and sprinkle with sesame or poppy seeds. Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C.
- Garnish each bun with 1 teaspoon ketchup, 1 mini chopped steak, 1 lettuce leaf, 1 mini slice of cheese and 1 quail egg.
