• 4 large eggs
  • 30 g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 20 g butter
Salt and pepper


  1. Separate eggs. Beat whites until stiff and add Parmesan cheese. Mix gently.
Butter 4 wide, shallow ramekins and divide whites into them. Bake 4 minutes at 200°C.
Arrange one egg yolk in the middle of each ramekin and bake again for 1 minute. Serve right away.
