- 12 ounces linguini
- 3 cloves garlic, choppped
- 1 cup tomatoes, chopped
- 1 jar artichokes, strained
- 4.5 cup water
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 3 tablespoons kosher salt
- 1/3 cup grated par
- 1.5 cup mozzarella balls, torn into small pieces
- 1 bunch fresh basil, torn
Étapes
- In a large deep-set skillet add pasta, garlic, tomato, artichokes, water, olive oil and salt.
- Bring to a boil, stir often to avoid the pasta from sticking and cook for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat, stir in parmesan cheese, mozzarella balls and fresh basil.
- Eat and enjoy!
