• 250 g flour
  • 100 g cocoa powder
  • 25 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A little honey
  • Pistachios


  1. Sift together flour and cocoa.
Stir in sugar and cinnamon.
Make a well and add the eggs and vanilla.
Stir the ingredients to a smooth paste.
Flaten as thinly as possible, ideally with a pasta machine.
Cut 5-mm wide strips out.
Cook in boiling unsalted water for 3 minutes.
Serve immediately with a few drops of honey and some coarsely crushed pistachios.
