• 2 puff pastries
  • Tomato sauce
  • 150g of the grated Emmental
  • 1 egg


  1. Place a circle of puff pastry, brush with tomato sauce, cheese and cover with the second pastry.
  2. Cut into strips and twist them into a sun, brush with beaten egg. Bake for about 30 minutes at 200 °.
