• 200 g speculoos biscuits
  • 9 cl milk
  • 60 g liquid glucose
  • 50 g butter
  • 100 g white chocolate


  1. Reduce speculoos to a powder using a blender. Add softened butter.
  2. In a saucepan, heat milk and glucose syrup. When boiling, pour over white chocolate and mix until homogenized.
  3. Add to speculoos paste and mix well. Pour into a pot, close the lid and leave to cool at room temperature.
