- 200 g speculoos biscuits
- 9 cl milk
- 60 g liquid glucose
- 50 g butter
- 100 g white chocolate
- Reduce speculoos to a powder using a blender. Add softened butter.
- In a saucepan, heat milk and glucose syrup. When boiling, pour over white chocolate and mix until homogenized.
- Add to speculoos paste and mix well. Pour into a pot, close the lid and leave to cool at room temperature.
